Automated Generation Control of Multiple-Area Electrical System with an Availability-Based Tariff Pricing Scheme Regulated by Whale Optimized Fuzzy PID Controller

In this research, a whale-optimized fuzzy PID controller was developed to manage automatic generation control in multiple-area electrical energy systems with an availability-based tariff (ABT) pricing scheme. The objective of work is minimize the power production costs, area errors (ACEs), and marginal costs system real-time load frequency variation conditions. power, deviation tie line, interconnected three-area system, including hydrothermal steam plant gas plant, will be measured analyzed rigorously. Based on output from whale optimization, regulates line system. reliability suitability proposed i.e., controller, are investigated against already presented methods such as particle swarm optimization genetic algorithms.
